Invitations
I printed the free Diego invite from Nick Jr..com and then pasted a picture of my son's face over Diego's face. I scanned it into the computer and had 4x6 picture prints made. I turned the pictures into postcards using the same method as I used to make my thank you postcards.
Decorations
The jungle vine was really easy, but I did write a tutorial for it.
Animal print balloons- I just did this with permanent black marker.
Favor bags
Cake
Tutorial on this coming soon (that is if the bakery department at Target decides to write one for me.) I did make the cupcakes though and if you are good with frosting, the Diego Interlocking Animals Cake Topper

Diego Dora & Friends Animal JamboreeActivities
We didn't do any activities, but making Diego spotting scopes from paper towel rolls would be fun. Other ideas for games are to rescue the wild animals (hide small plastic figurines and whoever finds the most wins a prize) or make a Pin the Tail on Baby Jaquar game.
Okay, we do have some Diego books we like and I'm including them so I won't feel so bad:
