This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Whitney Farms for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

When I posted about planting our little fruit and vegetable garden, I mentioned that I thought it was a good learning experience for my kids. But I also think it's healthier to know how your produce is being grown. I try to buy organic fruits and vegetables when I can, so of course I also want our garden to be organic!

I plan to use Whitney Farms® plant foods to encourage big, beautiful vegetables. Their entire line of organic plant food and organic soil are 100% natural with no additives and nothing artificial. There's also little to no dust, no odor, and it's easy to apply. In addition, it contains beneficial microbes and provides everything your plants need to grow and thrive. After all our hard work, the last thing I'd want to do is cover our plants with the harsh chemicals in conventional plant food. These veggies will eventually be going in my children's mouths (I hope...)! (We have yet to see any carrots sprouting up but our strawberry and tomato plants are looking great and the kids check on them pretty regularly. However, the enthusiasm for watering only lasted through the first day or two.)

Whitney Farms is also offering a $3.00 coupon toward one of their products, so keeping your garden organic is easier than ever!
Happy Gardening!
